Ignore the reviews complaining about small rooms, tiny bathrooms, stand up shower, outdated decor etc. All of that is true but everything is clean and well cared for, bed was comfy, there was a TV with cable for winding down when you get back, staff was great, there were the street chickens right in the parking lot, and a delicious Cuban deli across from the office with wonderful chicken salad. Who goes to key west to just hang in a motel? I was able to walk EVERYWHERE from Mallory to Duvall to the Southernmost point easily.

Small, simple, but comfortable. Loved the breakfast. Hotel bar is very cute, quiet, and fun (not loud- the music is done at 11:00 and we could barely hear it over the AC if in our room). Beach pass includes a lounge chair and towel. Close to Hemingway house and Butterfly museum.

Old school motel, CLEAN rooms right off Duval and the Southernmost Point. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Convenient bar outside office and the ice cream and donuts are a real treat. Lots of amenities close by.

First time stay at this hotel. The room I got is very roomy. We refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and iron table. Is very close to the most southern mark., Walking distance to down town keys. The front desk person was nice and helpful. Check in time was 4pm. We arrived about 9:30am. They let me park my car at the hotel without any problem. By the times we walk down the street. I got a text tells me my room is ready. Fast service. Will definitely come back again.
