We spent a few days here and we're absolutely happy about staying here. It's not fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable, the grab and go breakfast items were very adequate for our needs, the location was great, and the office staff and housekeeping were all so wonderful. We would love to stay here again someday.

I’ve never had a room that had A/C that worked this well… it was great , we slept great and we were never hot .. Bravo!!

Loved this little motel! Yes, it's older but it's CLEAN! Karen at the front desk was so nice. It's also a great location. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The pools are okay....they work. The rooms are clean... actually cleaner than some 5 start hotels i have stayed in. It is close to Duval street and you will still be walking at least a few miles a day. The maintenance team works hard...the property is clean. My favorite part about the motel was the bar and ice cream next door with a market across the street. Look for the hidden hammocks and sitting areas. For the price and the location this place is hard to beat. Oh breakfast...expect a holiday inn type breakfast. Bagel, boiled eggs, cereal. .. enough to start the day but not fancy.
