Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Tons of amenities for the price. Most of our trip was rainy and windy due to the tropical storm but helpful little things like providing umbrellas for us to use made all the difference. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice size. Room was clean and overall location was great. Liked having the covered patio, especially since it was raining a lot. Used the bigger pool once, and was able to get right in, water was a good temp.

Nice place to stay in a central location. We were able to walk to duval street and beyond. Most sights are within walking distance. The hotel turned out to be fine and we were happy with our room. A big plus was free parking. Our room was quiet and we were not disturbed by any street noise. Breakfast was adequate though simple. The price of the was better than comparable locations.

This is a little gem in the rough. This motel is on the south side of the island. It is really close to the most southern point. The motel is within a 25 to 30 minutes of North Duvall Street. The motel was a great experience. They have definitely updated the motel. The rooms come with fridge and a microwave. I really enjoyed the rooms. They also have 2 pools and gave us continental breakfast. The staff was nice. There are plenty of places to go eat, get ice cream and a little grocery store across the street.

Very neat place. Extremely clean. Pool was very clean. Rooms are reasonable size. Has nightly music at the area beside motel. The liquor store next door you can get drinks at. We were very disappointed that you couldn't get frozen drinks!! I mean it's key west an very hot who doesn't want a frozen drink. The ladies at front desk were very pleasant. We will stay here again.
