We were charged $22 ...

We were charged $22 per night for parking,even though we were guests,,also $33 per night resort fee grand total of $112.50 at no time were we told about these charges We were told we would be charged a fee for incidentals which we would get back if there was no damage to the room I will file a complaint with the BBB plus I will file a complaint with Travelocity I am requesting a refund for these charges Wanda Beegle

Great location in Key West. Nice little bungalow feel. Clean. They just recently added a pool.
