Great service and friendly. ...

Great service and friendly. Free laundry and parking. Good location. The beds were not great but overall otherwise excellent.

If the rating was ...

If the rating was just for the staff I’d give 10 stars. It’s an older type of place but it was clean, conveniently located with good pricing (relative to Key West). Off street parking a big plus. We were expecting the worst based on some of the reviews but it was a decent place to stay. Bonus: you get a coupon for 2 beach chairs in front of the Southernmost Cafe.

I have no complaints. ...

I have no complaints. Reasonably priced, great location on other end of duval street. Convenient to cuban coffee place and corner store. Room was big enough and clean. It was an old room that had a window unit type AC, but it was hot and it kept up enough. I would recommend it to budget conscious travelers.
