Nice, quiet little place with great continental breakfast near the Southern Most Point. Very far walk from the action on Duvall = blisters for both of us women - $8 Uber thankfully! Rooms are very small but comfortable.

an ABSOLUTE bargain for key west. it's not the Hyatt but it has multiple pools with a liquor store- bar on site. can't beat it for the price

Very charming, cute, boutique hotel with great service & a phenomenal location. Was disappointed they didn't let us know that there would be a day the beach wouldn't be available to us as we could have adjusted our plans. The room was clean & cool which was greatly appreciated in the late Summer heat. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, friendly & knowledgeable about the area and what was going on.

This place is older, quaint, but quiet, and clean, and has a sort of "bungalow" charm to it. If you want to be outside of the bustle of Duvall St. but in walking distance of some good restaurants, shops, and cafes, this is the place! The mini-doughnut and ice cream truck just outside was sooo good! Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking may need some work, but we walked and biked everywhere anyway. We didn't go back to our car till we left.
