Very charming, cute, boutique ...

Very charming, cute, boutique hotel with great service & a phenomenal location. Was disappointed they didn't let us know that there would be a day the beach wouldn't be available to us as we could have adjusted our plans. The room was clean & cool which was greatly appreciated in the late Summer heat. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, friendly & knowledgeable about the area and what was going on.

Clean and close to ...

Clean and close to duval street. It has no closet, or shelves in the room though.Staff was super nice and helpful.
