Nice room. Could use updating. Nothing fancy. Great for the price. Excellent location! Walking distance to Duval Street activities!

First impression of the outside of the motel is "cute" and "quaint". The parking is tight, narrow spaces. Definitely no room for big trucks. The room is a different story. You can literally step from the door to the bed in two steps. They managed to fit two chairs and a wooden folding table against the wall under the window literally inches away from the bed. Now, looking to the "closet" armoire which double as the TV stand in the corner at the foot of the bed near the door. The other corner of the room next to the door is a micro refrigerator. Step to the bathroom. Is a decent size shower approximately 4 ft square. Unfortunately, no handles to hold on to. The two (2) soap dishes on the wall are rather high. No other options for your shampoo, wash cloth etc. *This place needs ceiling fan installed really bad. To improve the air circulation and the humidity that occurs during the shower, Florida weather. You need to open the window to allow air through to reduce the humidity to get dressed. **I am FLORIDA horn and raised. I can handle the weather. It's important to create a comfort level for the weather in small spaces. *At a minimum, a ceiling fan to help the air conditioner unit. *I will return to this motel if other options are booked. It's location to the water, historical "Mile Marker 0" etc make it attractive. Three pools, local drink bar, all are nice. The ample foliage is attractive.

Close to southernmost public beach. One block from Duval. Not much parking and old motor inn style place. Watch out live band Saturday night and hard to sleep.

Good location, close to the southernmost point and that end of Duval. Secure parking, my boyfriend has an f250 and felt safe with it since he could see it and there weren’t any loiterers. Good atmosphere with friendly, laid-back vibe. Was nice being able to sit outside and chat with the neighbors. Cons include: very small shower, and bathroom did not have a vent so it got very muggy. Also, we weren’t able to change the a/c. It wasn’t terrible to the point that we had to complain, but they had an oscillating fan in the room so I’m assuming they know about it. Staff was super friendly. Overall, a pretty good experience for the price.
