Afternoon/ evening Tamesha awesome ...

Afternoon/ evening Tamesha awesome she was very helpful and nice made our visit. She was great at checking in and answering all my questions and helpful in getting places. Karen and Lotoya our morning were great at keeping breakfast the food stock and letting us keep our luggage safe till we could leave. Rooms were clean ,good and cold, bed are firm of you like a softer bed just a warning.. We have no clue if the tv even works we never used it. The rooms were cleaned daily and towel and bed always fresh. They are a 4 star in my opinion..

Great location! There ...

Great location! There was a deli/grocery directly across the street and the Duval Loop bus stop was a block away in two different directions. Two blocks from Southernmost Point monument. There was beach access a block away with chairs and towels provided. Very quiet, old Florida which is what we were after. Rooms were on the small side but more than enough room for two of us and extremely clean. We loved the Tipsy Rooster! Great service, great drinks and wonderful vibe. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
