Decent prices, clean room. ...

Decent prices, clean room. Only issue I had was the room needs a decent chair. Can’t sit on a bar stool for long.

Amazing location. Easy walk to Duval St, Mallory Square and Higgs beach, but far enough away so you get away and relax. Friendly staff and decent room. Tipsy Rooster on the property is a small fun bar with live music and a liquor store.
