Karen at the Front ...

Karen at the Front Desk was awsome, Freindly personality ,and very helpful to my wife and i Shes definitely the go to person at Southwinds! The accomadations were excellant and we are definitely coming Back

Stayed here for one ...

Stayed here for one night and was very happy with everything. The room was clean, spacious, comfy bed and good and quiet A/C. Parking is included and on the premises. A small breakfast buffet is also available and included in your stay. They also have a washing machine and dryer complimentary for guests. Great to give your sweaty clothes a wash! I was definitely positively surprised with this motel!

We absolutely loved our ...

We absolutely loved our stay here! We had 2 rooms, due to having a traveling oarty of 6. One Small room with a huge shower, one huge 2 room suite with a whole kitchen area, fold out sofa bed in the livingroom area & a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and smaller bathroom. Single story buildings, which is great, plenty of rooms, parking is a little tight but ample spaces, 2 pools, the grounds are very well maintained as are the pools. Yes, the rooms are a little older, but they are updated and very very clean. No bugs!!!! Plenty of Key West chickens & roosters roaming the property along with small to large iguanas everywhere!! The attached liquor store/bar aptly named "The Tipsy Rooster" is AWESOME!! Their cocktails, especially their pina coladas and sex on the beach are superb!!!!

I really enjoyed my ...

I really enjoyed my stay here. Older motel but well maintained, clean, and super friendly and helpful staff. Great location just a block away from Duval Street, close to everything!
