I stayed last year ...

I stayed last year in 2025 and I’m going back this year. Had a great room rate and it was very convenient to everything. The staff was very friendly and had no issues. Looking forward to coming back!

Nice place to stay ...

Nice place to stay in a central location. We were able to walk to duval street and beyond. Most sights are within walking distance. The hotel turned out to be fine and we were happy with our room. A big plus was free parking. Our room was quiet and we were not disturbed by any street noise. Breakfast was adequate though simple. The price of the was better than comparable locations.

The location is perfect, ...

The location is perfect, right near Duval street and all the tourist traps! For the price, this hotel needs to be updated and provide a better breakfast. We dealt with sugar ants during our stay and the room was questionable. This would be a great place to stay if the entire site, rooms and all, where updated. If you are looking for a place to rest your feet and is close to bars, this is it.
