Great location and good ...

Great location and good value. Not extravagant, but everything one needs. Pools were great also!

Perfect! Small motel, easy ...

Perfect! Small motel, easy parking, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice bathroom. Tropical front porch with chairs. 1 block from Duval. Nice little restaurants and 2 convenience stores within walking distance. Room 2 really was just perfect for me!

Everyone was so nice. ...

Everyone was so nice. The rooms were clean, and nicely furnished. The price was excellent and I was a block from the ocean. Its very close to Duval street. There was even a small grocery across the street. At night you are next door to the tipsy rooster where you can sit , listen to music and feel the ocean breezes on your face. Just a wonderful trip and the southwinds made it perfect.

Everyone was so nice. ...
